My name is Alyson Dean and I am a fully qualified Reflexology Practitioner offering stress free treatments in the Basingstoke, Reading, Sherfield-on-Loddon, Hook and Tadley areas.
I established The Reflex Clinic reflexology practice to help people of all ages restore their health and wellbeing within a safe, relaxed and caring environment.
My approach is entirely holistic which takes into account your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and treats you as a whole person rather than just your symptoms in isolation.
Treatments are tailored to individual requirements and I have a particular interest in Nutrition and qualifications in Infertility Reflexology and Maternity Reflexology.
For clients with existing medical conditions, Reflexology is complementary to mainstream medical care and is not intended to replace it. Each case is considered on an individual basis to determine the best treatment plan for your needs.
I trained at the internationally recognised therapy school - Raworth International College of Natural, Nutrition and Sports Therapies. Reflexology is fantastic for stress relief and promoting the 'feel good' factor. Before training as a reflexologist, I worked for many years in the fast paced worlds of marketing and IT. This means that I am well-placed to understand the effects that stress in the workplace can bring and believe from my own personal experience that complementary therapies such as Reflexology can help to relieve the effects of stress.
